Direct to Garment printing is exactly what it says. A D.T.G. printer prints the design right onto the shirt itself (See Video). This process is great for small shirt runs and small full color orders. This process is also very good for photographs going on shirts. If your looking for a special 1 of a kind shirt … this is your process. This process is best when printing on light colored shirts.

Embroidery is a fantastic way to class up any garment. The look is classic and the process is simple. The great thing about modern embroidery is it is all done with digitized patterns and computer precision. From wording, pocket logos, or full front designs, embroidery is always a great choice. Our embroidery department can do one piece or a thousand. You are welcome to bring in your own items, or we can purchase them for you. Certain things embroider better than others and we can help you select the appropriate item for your company, event, or promotion. Dye Sublimation is one of the newer processes for printers. It takes a solid ink and vaporizes it into the fabric using high heat and pressure. The inks become a part of the shirt so they will stretch and move with the shirt. It can also be used to make custom mugs, metal photos, plaques, awards and can be put on anything that will accept the sublimation inks. Heat press application is the simplest form of apparel decoration. This is the most cost effective process if only doing a few pieces. We take a heat sensitive vinyl, cut your design out with our computer plotter, then heat apply it to a garment. One great thing about this application is the material is amazingly tough. These garments need no special care and keep their color amazingly well. This process is limited to a few colors.

A CAD (computer aided design) program cuts the vinyl out, then it’s heat presses onto the shirt during the Heat Press Application.

In this process, we screen print the image onto a transfer sheet. They later get heat pressed onto the garment. If your unsure of your quantity, this can be an excellent choice. Also if you need a few more down the road, then we have them in stock. This is great for people who do a lot of repeat orders.
